Hello.

So, I'll probabaly be posting once a week, or less.
Cause i don't use the com on weekdays.
I'm so controlled and disciplined huh?

Not like anybody looks forward to reading my posts, or even comes here.

I think blogger has a big problem with my blog, the whole background is screwed, sometimes.

Anyway,
first week of school.... was ok.
Homework piled up.
Still have some to do and intend to finish it tomorrow since it's due tuesday.

Monday's are one of the best days cause there's bio and PE!!!
And get to practice standing broad jump, something im actually good at.
=)

Anyway, I don't have to mood the blog nowadays.
Maybe i'll just close my blog, whatever.

K, back to school, TRAINING STARTS TOMORROW!

OH NO!

It's Sunday.
The day before monday.
The monday that we start school.
The school where we'll be sec 4.
The sec 4's taking O' Levels.
The O' levels that will determine our teriary education.
Tertiary education whcih will determine if we go to universities or not.
Universities where we'll study what we wanna do in life.

Basically, OUR LIFE CHANGES NOW.

I don't wanna blog long cause I have no mood.
How can I when school starts in a few hours?

Screw it.
I HAVE to work hard.

Good luck to all the Sec 4's of 2010.

Now we'll have to write 1 after the slash when we write the date.
Weird. HAHA.

HI-LO!

It's after christmas!
=(

Christmas was pretty great if you concentrate on the presents and dinner part.
I got:

Barbie hair straightener and candy from Santa!
Necklace from parents
Long pendant necklace from brothers.
COLOURED PEN SET from Yvonne and brothers. (It consists of like 8354189726498612 pens!)
Shirt from uncle Denesh and Family
Teddy bear from Jonathan
Fila Bag from Auntie Shobana and family
Watch from Saira and Family
Earrings from Shirin and Mizan
BARBIE DOLL from Grandma!
Book from Yunling (I'm so captivated by it)
Adidas pouch from mummy's friend.
And a red packet.
=)

I miss christmas.
My mum cooked like amd for two dinners.
Miss all the yummy food.
Miss christmas carols.

Singing in church was so dam ncie during the christmas eve service. Everybody sang really loudly and with all their heart. It was just so beautiful and enjoyable.

Well, looking forward to next year's.

Yunling and Arnold came to my church on sunday! haha. Hope they enjoyed themselves lah.
At least they saw me play the piano, it's a privilege to see me playing. lol.
Then we went to lunch at an indian restaurant, AND WE SAW SURESH. haha!
We waved to him on the way out and he seemed abit stunned to see us. He left his jaw open and just waved back nervously. lol.
Think he doesn't remember yunling and me and probably wondred why these two random girls are waving to him.

Well, at least there's nothing left on my event list this holidays.
The stupid mock exam is over.
Best part was that mrs quek wasn't there to invigilate so we just asked each others for answers and checked notes. In the canteen somemore.
Screw THAT man.

Won't be going back to FLC anymore, i think.
Except for an event next year in January.
I'll miss project HORIZON and FLC.

On the plane to Bangkok! Thai airways. THats one out of three doughnuts shuwei bought for me. HEEHEE!

That's the lady that allowed us to stay in part of her house. Where we're standing is her other house under renovation. Behind is the beautiful view of other houses.

This is the cafe where we spent alot of our time. Eatin, working, or just for tea. =)

I MISS CROSSROAD CAFE!

First night at the slum area. We had to wear the light thingy on our caps. haha, the kids were so fascinated.

After hikinh down a mountain. No stairs, all ground. THats why only a few of us went, the BRAVE ones, haha. Don't we look super cool? I love this pic.

Went sight seeing, isn't the view just AWESOME? Gosh, i ddint wanna leave cause it's just so beautiful i could stare at it forever.

The free medical camp. I did registration and blood pressure! THis is the view from the blood pressure station. My blood pressure is 110/70mm of Hg. THAT'S NORMAL FYI. haha~

After medical camp was feeding. THe guys behind are the youth that came to help. See the one right in the middle behind lindsay? the one with the hand at his chest? THAT'S the one who kept staring at me.

BACK FROM INDIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry i took awhile to update, too lazy and busy.

Wont put pictures up yet, i dont have the camera now.

But im SO glad i went on the trip.

The whole team bonded so close together. Munmun is dam lucky she got a fun bunch of us who didnt shun her one bit. ;)

The people there aren't very dark. In fact, they look like cambodians or napalese.

THe traffic is crazy over there, there are giant trucks that miss your car by inches! THere can be two cars driving in a lane that's meant to fit one. Pedestrians just walk wherever they want. THere was ONE traffic light i saw, and not only was it not working, it was bent, almost 30 degrees downwards. HA!
And one time, a random guy talked to our jeep driver and just got in and started driving. WE had a new driver instantly! lol.

THe air pollution is really bad. But it's cool everyday. At night it can get pretty cold though. But if you happen to be in the sun, it can be as hot as singapore. Yet cool, so it's quite funny. But it's like natural aircon, so we hardly sweat.

THe thing that impacted me most was working at the slum area.
WE painted their hut and benches, and had a free medical camp. So they were given free medical checkups and medicine. Cool right?
Once, we had packeted breakfast there, and they have really abd trash management. THey jsut throw the waste to one side and burn it. So we left our leftovers there. And during lunch time, the kids actually rummaged through our leftovers breakfast to find food. Omg, the feeling was dam shitty. WE were eating in front of people who hardly can find food to survive.
But every saturday, they have feeding for the kids.

THe first saturday, we fed them this mixture called "Vitameal" a mixture of rice and lentils, it turned out to be this dahl like thingy. WE also had to eat it, so we would know what we were feeding them. At frist, it was nice, spicy, different.
THe next day,
HALF THE TEAM (LITERALLY) fell sick.
I personally vomitted 3 times the next day.
And the next few days after that, i felt nauseous alot.

But after that we were all fine.
I never wanna eat that again.
Worst part, we had to cook it again for them the enxt saturday. BUT WE DIDNT HAVE TO EAT. DAm lucky man, i would've fainted.
Haiqal and I both almost puked at the sight and smell of it.

But the kids at the slum area were cute TO THE MAX. And the LOVE taking pictures. When the flash comes one, that's when they go crazy. They scream everytime they see a flash and they'll practically shout at you tot ake a photo, and pull your camera to see the picture you've taken. But their adorable. =)
I love Suraj. (HE's the cutest baby there, i'll post his picture later)

Oh and the second saturday we were there, was the second day of medical camp, and this bunch of indian youth guys came to help. THey were pretty nice, except one of them kep looking at me, abit creepy ah.
AND MURNI THINKS ONE OF THEM IS CUTE, HAH!

But it was all good, felt good helping the people.

WE also set up the computers for the cafe. THe cafe was called CROSSROAD CAFE LOUNGE. WE had most of our emals packeted from there, or we went there to eat. WE didnt have to pay for any of our meals, it's all included.
But the food was really good, except for the breakfast, where we had omelette and bread almost everyday for breakfast. haha. But it wasn't horrible. =)

Setting up computers isn't as hard as i thought, cause the wires only lead to one socket, just find that one and you should be safe! haha~

THat's msot of the community work we did.
WE went sight seeing a little, go to facebook for all the explanation, but i'll upload when i have more time, so wait for it.

Had two days of shopping. Didnt buy alot, not much to buy there.
BUT I BOUGHT A SWEATER THAT I CANT WAIT TO WEAR! IT'S GOT A HOOD AND POCKETS THAT CONNECT! STRIPED! yay!!!!! heehee, bought it from this auntie who ahd a shop full of them, really nice ones. And she gave us an ultimate dsicount cause we bought four altogether, from 550rupees to 400 rupees. cool man.

Had so much tea to drink there, i've never drunk so much in that short time before, haha.

WE had betelnut to eat also, which was like eating a rock. And we had to eat it with a leaf and lime. So it's like eating a rock and a leaf, honest.

THere were lots of stray animals too, stray dogs, stray cows, stray goats, stray chickens, stray cats, occasionally stray ducks and PIGS. hahahaha!

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TRIP:

ON THE NIGHT I SLEPT NEXT TO MUHSIN, HE SLEPT TALKED AND KIND OF KICKED ME, SAT UP, AND SAID:"EH, POEPLE WANT TO WALK" stared at me with his eyes so UNBELIEVABLY big, for a full 10 seconds, then went back to sleep. Omg, when he was staring i thought he was awake, so iw as waiting for the "haha, gotcha!", but he went back to sleep. Then almost immediately, Razy sat up, smiled and went back to sleep. HAHA!!! I'll never forget muhsin's face. I was actually terrified by the way he stared at me.
I MET THREE GUYS NAMED, PEACE, GOUMANG AND BEN.

SECOND, MORE IMPORTANT HIGHLIGHT:

We met peace and goumang together on the second night, they took us out for a walk.
I thoguht Peace was cool, slightly handsome.
Goumang is COOL AND CUTE. He has a piercing below his lip and long tied up bushy hair.

We met Ben on the last night(his name isn't really Ben, it's short for something really long), he came over to help with decorations at crossroad, then came over to our place to hang around. He played cards with us and his other friend Gideon, who looks like a rocker, but is so dam funny.
Anyway, I sat next to Ben most of the time, HAHA. Not purposely, we were playing scum, and it jsut so happened all his ranks were next to mine!!!!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Anyway, on the last day, we went to crossroad for our lunch before we set off, and Goumang, Gideon and Ben were there. Peace was in some other state. =(
So, BEN IS THE MOST HANDSOME GUY I'VE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I've seen so many cute guys, so many cool guys, BUT NO ONE AS HANDSOME AS HIM. omg, he's superstar handsome. He looks like an indian actor. WALAU, he's the type of handsome that no matter how much you stare at him, you wont get sick of his face.
AND I TOOK A PICTURE WITH HIM!!! WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND A PICTURE WITH GOUMANG AND HIM!!!!! ACtually it was just supposed to be goumang and i, but ben came in the last minute, HAHA, 2 IN 1!!!!!!!!!!!!

And as we left the jeep, i sat behind, so i looked back, and Ben was there, as he was about to walk off, he looked into our jeep, RIGHT AT ME, stared for a few seconds, then turned around to walk off with Goumang. OMG, THE FEELING IS INDESCRIBABALE! WOO!
So sad that was the last time i got to see him.
Oh FYI, he's not some boy, he's a twenty plsu year old man, with nice half-spiked short hair and a really good sense of dressing. HEEHEE.

I heard David(The guy who had the idea to start up the cafe) is coming next year to singapore, and we told him to bring ben along!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
I really wanna see him again.............

So when i developed the india pictures, i printed the one with goumang and ben, and the indivdual one with ben BIGGER than the rest. HAHA.

I have goumang on facebook! But not peace and more importantly, BEN. =(

MURNI MISSES THAT YOUTH GUY( i know his name but shan't reveal for her sake)
HAIQAL MISSES THAT LADY( i know her name too, shan't reveal either)
I MISS HIM! (YOU know his name, so i shan't repeat.)

I miss Shillong
I miss David and his motorbike(which i got to ride on the last night!!!!)
I miss crossroad cafe
I miss the crazy traffic
I miss the stray animals
I miss seeing betelnut all over the floor
I miss the slum kids
I miss the cool air
I miss all the fun we had together playing around
I miss the whole Horizon team.
I want to go back.
Lindsay and i plan to go back after o levels, this time for a holiday!! heehee!

I've learnt so much on this trip and it was a really good experience. The whole team has created a bond so close, that we tell each other when we feel like farting, and just fart openly. I shan't reveal who were the famous ones, for their sake. HAHA.

I really wanna go back.
Mainly to see HIM lah, HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Nah, but i really do miss the place.

Hello!

well, today's was pretty good, since i wasn't so busy.

Training in the morning was abit slack casue we were doing tehcnical training, means teaching the juniors how to do all the excercises properly. So we didnt train much. But i thought it was necessary to teach them.

Then tuition for about an hour, i escaped an hour! lol.

Rushed to FLC, met lindsay (she was late, as i expected) and i met jessica on the platform!! haha. we couldn't believe it! We just saw each other for training in the morning then meet in the afternoon again. lol

Anyway, after reaching kallang, we bought a cake for liping and surprised her at FLC.
Yummy chocolate cake! =)
Short metting to clear some doubts and then helped to wrap stuff with STOLEN clingwrap from the airport. Razy's crime. lol.

Ok, then im here now!
Practiced some piano just now. All my christmas songs and carols!
I found a book with christmas songs and it's not basic, so it doesn;t sound basic and it's really nice. I wont have much time to practice after coming back form india so im practicing alot now. Cause christmas is like only 10 days away from when i arrive back to singapore. Plus i have another camp before that so another 2 days of practicing will be gone.

I wanna get my christmas hymns perfect! Cause i have to play for church.
And i wanna invite yunling and the 2 boys to my church to hear me play, cause i think they deserve to(not many people hear me play) and i wanna get it right!
But think charles may be busy with his church stuff so depending on yunling and arnold to come.

Ok, i love chirstmas songs and i love practicing them. I can stay at the piano and just practice for DAMN long. Provided it's christmas pieces. heehee.

K, Saira's coming over for supper soon! THen she's gonna stay over!
Shopping for whatever i need for india tomorrow! She's gonna tag along.
Haircut tomorrow also! haha.

I NEED TO START PACKING.

I want tiger biscuits....

OH, and I cant talk to Arnold from today till 23rd. Cause we'll both be at camps. When one is at home, other is at camp. And it's both OVERSEAS, so we cant even text. Man...

The FOUR OF US wont be able to go out either. Till after the 23rd, that is.
I love the four of us, we can just pass time by talking. WE dont need activities to have fun or kill time. That's what i love about it.
We dont even need to plan sometimes. We just go with the flow, and probably end up sitting down to ....JUST TALK.
It's hard to find people like that. I'm glad i found THEM. =)

So YUNLING, wait till we all get back from our camps (really, the 3 of us are going for camps and everything and yl will be at home, haha) then we can get your remaining fish k?

OH YEA, the 4 of us went out yesterday to do a mini celebration of yunling's bday since Arnold and i wont be around (SORRY YUNLING, AGAIN!)
So we ate at swensens, parkway. And then got FISH for her.
WEll, we wanted to, then the guy said that we should let the water run with the filter so the plant inside can get used to the water and provide enough exygen before the fish come in.
So yea, we bought the bowl, filter, food, live plant, and chlorine stuff, BUT NO FISH. lol.

But yunling seemed happy so, im glad she was.
3 of us are broke now. HAHA.
And yunling doesn't know how much we payed for it!
I wanted to surprise her with fish at first, but scared she wouldn't like what i chose, or worse, scared she would say :"I was joking when i said i wanted fish".
Lucky man...

THen after getting the fish, we sat a the Roxy Square hotel lobby to just talk. =)
Charles actually went up the lift and explored the first few storeys. lol.

And, yunling and i found out SOMETHING new about Arnold.
Shan't and WON'T elaborate.

And we took a couple of pictures beside a REAL gingerbread house in the lobby. You caould acutally smeel the gingerbread. With candy canes and cookies stuck on it. heehee.
And the boys nearly left the place without taking the fish stuff.
Walau, imagine if we went home without it.

Yup, so that was enjoyable. The last time we could go out before we all go to our camps and what not. SO, it was nice to catch up. It alwasy is. =)

OH! AND ARNOLD GOT A CALL FROM RYAN JUST BEFORE WE ATE, AND RYAN KNEW WHERE HE WAS. Omg, i think Ryan saw Arnold walking towards parkway. Lucky we weren't with him, or we'll have a whole ton of explaining to do. lol.

Ok, i better go!
I'll try to update before i go to india again!

ELLO!

BACK FROM CANEOING CAMP! =)

It was a whole different experience man.

Super stressful and rush and fun at the same time.

The four of us had to plan everything and all i wanted was that everyone would enjoy it. And i think they did, overall.

THere were hiccups here and there especially the first day where they literally watched us for half an hour while we prepared the games. And the second day where too much time was given for open house preperation that everyone got bored and started their own games.

Well anyway, the best part was the sec 4 graduation thing we did for them. WE gave them a hell of a scare. I was rushing like mad before it started to make sure all the clues were set up and that everything was perfect.

Must thank everyone for helping to make it possible. THnaks guys.

Think i was the most worked up on it. Cause i didnt want ANYTHING to ruin it cause we only had one chance.

AND IT WORKED OUT!

I was so dam happy, though one part where ALiya kinda stepped in when she wasn;t supposed to but she just played along and everything else worked out. haha

I was so dam satisfied after the whole thing.

WE predicted that Joan would cry, but in the end, Ivy and Nadiah were crying like mad cause they were so scared(and they're our most manly seniors). haha. No offence guys. lol.

THanks to juniors, they did an AWESOME job keeping quiet throughout the whole thing
Thanks Mr Tan Yang Hui for being our murderer on the loose. Didn't think he'd be THAT scary, we actually asked Mr Hafiedz to do it too.

Well, im sure the four of us have changed after this camp. Our leadership skills have hopefully improved.
Most of all, i hope the team has grown closer together, that was the main objective.

i actually found the dam yellow booklet today. haha.
